According to the standard and requirement of ISO9002, Kuixi Antimonial Industry Co. Ltd. has established a quality guarantee system and formed a documentary guarantee system including quality warrant manual, program file, administration document, job instructor and quality recond. Besides, it has also standardized function activities in terms of quality and applied the most advanced equipment and technique in order to guarantee product quality and consequently meet the clients’ demand.
1、 Our company has established strict quality standard of raw material purchase. As for the suppliers of raw material, our company will implement field survey and assessment in order to make sure there are at least two qualified suppliers for each item of raw material.
2、 Our company has strengthened the quality supervision in the process of production. Strict and practical task instructors and operation regulations are stipulated as to each segment of production including compounding and casting material, controling technical parameter, packing, inspecting, measuring, and storing. And as for each post, definite responsibility is explicitly set down so that the quality of each batch of production can traced back to each segment and people concerned such as source, components and compounding of material, the date, shift of a certain batch and workers and checkers of products.
3、 The company has a high-level physical inspecting ability as to every kind of raw material and products. It assigns quality functions and activities to each department and post by setting objective of quality assessment, analysing quality on regular meetings and internal quality inspecting and managing and therefore, the company has formed an operation mechanism of quality administration, supervision, assessment and awarding and punishing system, which ensures effective and efficient operation of the whole quality guarantee system.
